  • 14 years building programmes, training curriculums and manuals, conducting trainings on leadership, mental health, sexuality, technology, on digital privacy and security, disability, consent and privacy for young women and men in rural and urban areas, school students and teachers, counsellors, parents, special educators, caregivers and disabled women.
  • Deepening our understanding of these issues through research, writing and local, national, regional and global advocacy

  • Playing a key leadership role in shaping the organisation, spearheading programme design, strategic communications, advocacy, and training initiatives focusing on gender, disability, mental health, feminist and youth leadership for women and youth with disabilities.
  • Leading advocacy, education, and editorial initiatives across national and regional spaces focussing on amplifying voices and rights of women and youth with disabilities.
  • Building deeper connections with our emotional and social wellbeing through learning about our bodies, our emotions, boundaries, consent, genders, disabilities and sexualities through weekly sessions with learners in the age group of 10 to 17 years.
  • Providing learners with disabilities, both diagnosed and undiagnosed with social, emotional support.
  • Working with the facilitators, parents and learners on deepening disability support and care across the learning space.

  • United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) and the Association for Progressive Communications (APC) led Global Expert Group on technology- facilitated violence against women and girls (TFVAWG) (2025): to support the development of a Handbook outlining existing international and regional legal and policy frameworks addressing TFVAWG.
  • Advisory Committee Member, Feminist Internet Research Network (2023 to 2025 December): ensure cohesiveness, balance in research topics, peer-exchange and collective impact of the network; Oversight of thematic areas, and research and communication between the main thematic areas; Provide input in the design and conceptualisation of the research; Develop and uphold ethical protocols and guidelines for the project as a whole

In the past, worked with a diverse range of organisations over the past 14 years, contributing in various capacities including full-time roles, consultancies, and freelance engagements. These include national and global organisations such as Association for Progressive Communications (APC), Feminist Internet Research Network (FIRN), Numun Fund, Point of View, Agents of Ishq, Population First, Asmita Resource Centre for Women, IT for Change, and Ahmedabad Mirror. I’ve also conducted freelance trainings with institutions like Pathways High School, Delhi, and CREA. Across these roles, I’ve focused on themes of gender, sexuality, disability, digital rights, mental health, media, and intersectional feminist research and advocacy.
